A road in Cardiff is currently closed following a crash between a bicycle and a car.
The crash happened at 4.35pm on Thursday at the corner of Conway Road and Penhill Road in Pontcanna and the area currently remains shut off.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: “Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision shortly after 4.35pm at the junction of Conway Road and Penhill Road involving a car and a bicycle.
“The road will be closed for some hours and motorists are advised to avoid the area.”


A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed they received a call from South Wales Police to attend a collision between a car and a bicycle near Cathedral Road on Thursday afternoon.
Footage from the aftermath of the incident appears to show at least five police vans at the scene in addition to a car and motorcycle.
